Prescott Planning and Zoning/Deep Well Ranch Hearing

9:00 a.m. – City of Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.  The meeting will focus on the Request for Rezoning/Adoption of the Master Plan of the Deep Well Ranch development.  This is a public hearing.  It is expected that public comments will be accepted.  CWAG encourages all interested community members to attend.  This meeting will feature discussion of design guidelines, open space, landscaping and parking.  These topics are generally covered under Section 7, Section 9, Section 10 and Section 13 of the Deep Well Master Plan.  The Master Plan is online at . The  Deep Well Ranch development has been allocated 950 acre-feet of water from Prescott’s current portfolio and 900 acre-feet from the Big Chino pipeline if and when it is constructed.  Location:  Prescott City Council Chambers, 201 S.
