Prescott Planning & Zoning Meeting - Deep Well Ranch

>9:00 a.m. – City of Prescott Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. This meeting is the seventh meeting on the Request for Rezoning/Adoption of the Master Plan of the Deep Well Ranch development. This is a public hearing. Public comments will be accepted. CWAG encourages all interested community members to attend. The commissioners will be reviewing revisions to the Deep Well Master Plan, which is posted at (most recent edits will probably not have been added) and may or may not vote at this meeting to forward the Deep Well Master Plan with a recommendation to approve to City Council. The Deep Well Ranch development has been allocated 950 acre-feet of water from Prescott’s current portfolio and 900 acre-feet from the Big Chino pipeline, if and when it is constructed.
