NEW! 6:00 p.m. Chino Valley Town Council Regular Meeting. Action item 6.b. is a public hearing, consideration, and possible action to approve  resolutions to adopt a new consolidated fee schedule and to amend Town Code Chapter 51 - Water and Sewers. Increases are proposed for the standpipe base rate and water and wastewater buy-in fees and wastewater base rates for RV and mobile home park spaces. The amounts for the proposed increases are in the Staff Report for item 6.b. The agenda is HERE:  LOCATION: Council Chambers, 202 N.
