9:00 a.m. Yavapai County Board Of Supervisors.  There are three water-related items on the Consent Agenda: Item 4. Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to enforce a civil penalty against the Black Canyon City Water Improvement District (BCCWID) in the amount of $100.00 per day, to the extent that the district monies are available and unencumbered, for every day the district remains noncompliant with reporting requirements; Item 5. Approve membership to the Northern Arizona Municipal Water Users Association (NAMWUA) and designate Vice Chair Nikki Check as the Board's representative and Supervisor Chris Kuknyo as alternate. There is a NAMWUA presentation in the meeting packet; and Item 6. Approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Southwest Decision Resources for facilitation services to the Water Resources and Open Space Committee extending the end date of the contract one month to align with grant funding. On the regular agenda, Action Item 1 is Approve Resolution No. 2188 recognizing the importance of stormwater infiltration and recharge to positively impact aquifers, rivers, watersheds. The meeting packet says, "This resolution was accepted by the Water Resources & Open Space Committee and individual jurisdictions are presenting it to their respective elected bodies for consideration, and, "This resolution is intended to raise awareness and display the County's support of both stormwater infiltration and recharge projects as well as grassland restoration projects.” Resolution 2188 is in the meeting packet. The agenda and video link are posted HERE:  LOCATION: Yavapai County Administrative Services Verde Valley Complex Hearing Room, First Floor, 10 South 6th Street, Cottonwood.
