6:00 p.m. - Town of Chino Valley Council Meeting. Agenda item2.c. is an update by Ryan Anderson, Public Works Director, regarding the Integrated Water Master Plan (IWMP). The revised schedule now pushes final adoption out to February 25, 2027, with three tentative Council study sessions along the way (January 19, February 3, and February 18, 2027). The detailed revised schedule is in the agenda packet. Action items 6.a, b, and c pertain to the the construction of the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements Project. The project is funded by a $10,000,000 Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona loan with $1,260,000 forgivable principal. See the agenda packet for details.
