Review of a Water Service Application submitted by IDDM, LLC requesting 120.29 acre-feet of water for +/-50-acre of mixed-use development including a medical campus, residential, retail, and hotel at Willow Creek Road and Hass Boulevard; 3.D. Review of the Fiscal Year 2026 Water Conservation Rebate Program; 3.E. Update from the Environmental Services Team on the following items: 1) Clean Water Act regulatory compliance; 2) Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI); and 3) Healthy Lakes Programs; 3.F. Options for establishing a definition of a High Water User; 4.A.
