3:00 p.m. Prescott Valley Council Study Session.  Agenda item 2.a. is an update on the Water Conservation Master Plan. The Town is anticipating future regulatory pressures regarding water use and conservation measures as new management plans are issued by the Arizona Department of Water Resources. Town Water Resources staff have been working on a Water Conservation Master Plan with the help of Maddaus Water Management, Inc. Maddaus representatives will present on the results of the modeling exercise, wherein 4 different potential conservation program scenarios containing 20 best management practices have been analyzed for implementation costs and efficacy. The planning group hopes to get feedback on the programs from the Council and public. A draft of the final Plan will be available for public comment in March 2027.  The final Water Conservation Strategic Plan should be completed in April 2027. The agenda with options for remote viewing is HERE:  LOCATION: Council Chambers/Library Auditorium, 7401 E Skoog Blvd.
