6:00 p.m. - Town of Chino Valley Council Regular Meeting. Action item 6.a. is Consideration and possible action to approve an Exchange Agreement with Estrella Vista Enterprises, LLC to acquire approximately 0.92 acres to expand the Town’s Bright Star Well Site.The Town needs about 0.92 acres of vacant land next to the existing Bright Star Well #24 site to build PFAS water treatment facilities. The land is part of a larger parcel owned by Estrella Vista Enterprises, LLC. The Town will provide assured water supply credits valued at $264,000 to the owner in exchange for the land. The owner will also reroute and build a new access road to the site and grant the Town a temporary access easement for construction.The Town will reimburse the owner $59,500 for the road once it is complete and accepted. The agenda is posted HERE: LOCATION: Council Chambers, 202 N.
