9:30 a.m. City of Prescott Council Subcommittee on Water Issues.  Agenda items include: 3.B. A Water Service Agreement application for 11.66 acre-feet per year for a 90-unit apartment multi-family apartment complex south of Leroux Street on Marina Street, 3.C. Review of a proposed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in which TNC and the City will collaborate on developing and implementing a restoration project on the Big Chino Water Ranch (BCWR). The objectives are to restore and improve habitat connectivity to facilitate self-sustaining natural processes, reduce erosion at ephemeral washes, upland gullies, and springs, and improve water quality for healthy fish and wildlife for sustainable recreation. The TNC presentation is in the meeting packet, 3.D. Presentation & Discussion Regarding the Northern Arizona Municipal Water Users Association (NAMWUA), and 3.E.
