NEW! 10 AM to NOON Legislative Attempts to Modernize Arizona Water Laws Chris Kuzdas, representing the Environmental Defense Fund, will review the Legislature’s ineffective efforts to modernize water law in the current and previous sessions. One important topic is Rural Management Area legislation. Why is it that good water bills have not advanced? Why has Governor Hobbs vetoed some bad bills? What can we do going forward?
The meeting will be held at the Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation building at 882 Sunset, Prescott. Pre-registration is not necessary for the inperson meeting.
