1:00 p.m. Prescott City Council Study Session. Presentation & Discussion Regarding West Granite Creek Park. The council memo states: "The purpose of this discussion is to seek direction from City Council on the future of West Granite Creek Park. It is prepared in response to public interest in this topic with an understanding that there is neither funding nor plans for City action in the current fiscal year." Prescott Alternative Transportation (PAT) has submitted a  proposal for improvements at West Granite Creek Park and is opposed to turning part of West Granite Creek Park into a permanent parking lot.  The agenda packet contains a lot of info about this issue.
