6:00 p.m. Chino Valley Town Council Regular Meeting.  Agenda item 6.b. is Consideration and possible action to adopt the Notice of Intent and set a public hearing to consider adding or increasing fees with regard to individuals, businesses, and water and wastewater fees. The Water and Wastewater Fee Schedule Analysis in the meeting packet states,"The water and wastewater systems have struggled to fully fund operational and capital needs. Addressing these issues will help ensure that system revenues remain sustainable and that costs are appropriately allocated to water and wastewater customers rather than being absorbed by all Town residents through the general fund.” If council approves the Notice of Intent, the council will hold a public hearing to consider the proposed new or increased fees at its regularly scheduled meeting on April 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
