REVISED! 10 am - noon  How to Manage Land to Benefit the Local Aquifer Ricardo Aguirre,  Director of Land Management and Water Security at West Consultants, will illustrate methods for restoring watershed function in both rural and urban areas with the intent to benefit the local aquifer. He will discuss ongoing land restoration and groundwater recharge projects across the state with a particular focus on the innovative stormwater collection and recharge planning-level project now underway in Prescott Valley. There will be plenty of time for discussion and questions. Please join us for this important presentation! The meeting will be held at the Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation building at 882 Sunset, Prescott. There will be coffee and snacks at 9:45 a.m. for informal conversations before the program. Pre-registration is not necessary for the in-person meeting. To view the event on Zoom, preregister HERE
