Action item 6.b. is Consideration and possible action to approve an Intergovermental Agreement with the Yavapai County Community College District for the construction of water and wastewater improvements. From the agenda packet: If Yavapai College generates 5,000 gallons per day of influent, that is 1.825 million gallons (or 5.6 acre feet) of reclaimed water that could be recharged into the aquifer and has a value of $140,000 per the Town water value ordinance of 2007.
