Via Zoom. What are our most important water issues? Are the council candidates prepared to set water management policy? 

The Citizens Water Advocacy Group will host our 21st annual forum on water issues on June 28 via Zoom. The five council candidates are Henry Ebarb II, Mary Frederickson, Jim Garing, Greg Lazzell, and Jay Ruby. Lazzell will not participate. Ebarb has not confirmed his attendance. 

Two candidates, Brandon Montoya and Cathey Rusing, are running for mayor. They will participate in a separate forum at 1:30 p.m. on June 28. See that event under "Next Event" for more information and to register.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

The candidates will be asked to discuss Prescott water issues and priorities, water policy, the proposed Big Chino pipeline (do we need it, who will pay and more), long-range water planning, water quality, conservation and more. Questions will be sent to the candidates in advance and will be posted here. There will also be time for questions from audience. 

If you can't attend the forum on June 28, don't despair. We will post the forum video in the video archive shortly after the forum.
