Action item 6.c. is Continuation of public hearing, consideration, and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-1282 adopting a new consolidated fee schedule, and to approve Ordinance No. 2025-951, amending Town Code Chapter 51 - Water and Sewers. Proposed fee increases include those for water and wastewater, and for the water fill station (standpipe). The proposed fee schedule and code amendments are in the agenda packet.
