CWAG is rebooting the Science Committee, and CWAG members are welcome to join. We will have monthly meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of the month from 3-5 PM.

These meetings are a great way to learn more about the details of local water issues - you don't need to be an expert to understand and contribute to CWAG.
The CWAG Board has listed a number of topics for the Science Committee to study this next year:
- Prescott: Long-range water plan, DAWS application, Big Chino groundwater modeling and mitigation to protect Verde River base flow.
- Prescott AMA: failing wells, public water hydrant sales volume, basin reports, legal water rights available
- Gila adjudication: impact of subflow zones.
