5:30 p.m. Prescott Valley Town Council Regular Meeting. Agenda item 11b is Professional Services Agreement for Stormwater Recharge and Field Trials with WEST Consultants Inc. in the amount of $659,358.00. According to the council memo if successful, this project will allow the Town to infiltrate stormwater runoff that would otherwise be lost. Increased impervious surface has reduced overall aquifer recharge within the Town’s watershed. See details in the council packet. Also, Ricardo Aguirre, Director of Land Management and Water Security at West Consultants, described the Parjana technology to be used in this project in his 5/10/25 presentation to CWAG.
