3:00 p.m. Prescott City Council Voting Meeting. Regular Agenda Item 8.D. is approval of the contracts with Kimley-Horn and Associates, LLC, for Final Design Services for the Effluent & Wastewater Pipeline & SR89 Improvements Project. There are two water-related items on the Consent Agenda: 7.D. Approval of a contract with Huitt Zollars for Professional Surveying & Engineering Services in the Design of the Pioneer Parkway 16-inch Water Main Project in an Amount Not to Exceed $126,800.The City of Prescott is obligated through a development agreement with Deep Well Ranch to provide a 16" water main for future development of the planned Deep Well Ranch Master Planned Community; 7.E Approval of a contract with Carollo for Wastewater Treatment System Evaluation in an amount not to exceed $125,020. The City needs to update its wastewater treatment system  model to reflect current measured flows, new development, revised projections, and reduced stormwater infiltration to more accurately assess remaining system capacity and future treatment demands. The agenda with options for remote viewing is HERE:  LOCATION: 201 N Montezuma Street, Council Chambers, 1st Floor.
