5:30 p.m. Prescott Valley Regular Town Council Meeting. Agenda item 10.c. is to consider adopting Resolution No. 2026-2449 approving the loan/grant Agreement for WIFA Loan No. 920412-26 (and any related documents) for the Old Black Canyon Pipeline. The purpose of the project is to supplement the lower water system in Quailwood with water from the Town’s main wellfields by installing a water transmission main in the Old Black Canyon Highway right-of-way. The amount of funding being provided is $5,515,000 (90 percent of which will be forgivable principal, requiring only repayment of 10% of the loan value). The meeting agenda with options for remote viewing is posted HERE:  LOCATION: Council Chambers/Library Auditorium, 7401 E.
