5:30 p.m. Prescott Valley Regular Town Council Study meeting.  Consent Agenda items include: 7.c. Amend Professional Services Agreement with Maddaus Water Management for Water Conservation Master Planning. The Town previously entered into a contract with Maddaus Water Management, Inc., on October 23, 2025, to prepare a water conservation strategic plan. The contract, in the amount of $80,000 for Phase 1 work in FY 2025-26, anticipated a two-year project with later action to provide additional funding and scope in FY 2026-27. This Amendment No. 1 proposes continuing the project to complete Phase 2 work for an additional $89,873; and 7.d. Amendment to Professional Services Agreement, Matrix New World Engineering, Recharge Facility Expansion Planning and Permitting. The Town entered into a contract with Matrix New World Engineering, Land Surveying and Landscape Architecture, PC (Matrix) on November 13, 2025, to complete Phase 1 of the modeling and permitting work needed for the project. The contract, in the amount of $78,860 in FY 2025-26 anticipated a two-year project, with additional funding and scope being provided in FY 2026-27. Amendment No. 1 to the contract proposes continuing the project to complete Phase 2 work for planning and permitting in an additional amount not to exceed $69,182. This Phase 2 work would begin July 1, 2026.
