Action item 6.a. is Consideration and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2026-1320 authorizing the loan acceptance of a $10 Million Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan from WIFA for the Water Reclamation Facility Improvements and the execution and delivery of the loan agreement with WIFA. Loan acceptance will allow the Town to finalize the loan from WIFA for both phases of the project, with a not-to-exceed amount of $10,000,000.
