Operations, Maintenance & Management. Jacobs manages PV’s water and wastewater operations and maintenance services. Contract amendment details and Jacobs’s annual report for PV are in the agenda packet. Item 10.d. is Jacobs Professional Services Agreement, Amendment No. 1. Prescott Valley PFAS Design Services for Quailwood Well #3. The Amendment No.1 proposes to extend the contract through June 30, 2028, to allow the contract work to continue.
