On Saturday, Sept. 9, former Citizens Water Advocacy Group (CWAG) president John Zambrano and former Verde River Basin Partnership chair Ed Wolfe (now a CWAG board member) answered these questions and more. Wolfe and Zambrano will provide CWAG’s answers to the five questions discussed at CWAG’s Aug. 5 Prescott mayor and council candidate forum, and address questions asked by the forum audience.
