The Citizens Water Advocacy Group (CWAG) hosted an informational program regarding groundwater regulation in Arizona. Andy McCoy of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office provided a background on Arizona's complex legal framework for regulating groundwater and laid out options for state and local governments to better protect their groundwater supplies.
