ADWR Director Tom Buschatzke describes the importance of the Colorado River and Central Arizona Project to Arizona's water supply, then considers the question "Is Desalination the Solution to Arizona’s Water Challenges?” Buschatzke says, "With projected population growth, demands for water will increase. We are now at a crossroads of having to decide what our next chapter of successful water management and water supply development will be." Tom Buschatzke was appointed ADWR Director in January 2015.
