Action item 6.a. is Consideration and possible action to authorize the application for a loan from the Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona for the design of the "Old Home Manor Water Production Facility.” Action item 6.b. is a resolution to purchase 22.91 acres that would be added to the Verde River Headwaters State Park. Action item 6.f. is Consideration and possible action to approve the Groundwater Extinguishment Credit Purchase Agreement with Alice E.
