Dishlip Scope of Work (7-22-14)

The Prescott City Council on July 22, 2014 approved a consulting agreement with Herb Dishlip. The Scope of Work lays out most, if not all, the water issues of current and future importance. Councilperson Jean Wilcox moved to add water conservation and rainwater harvesting to the list in item 3 of the Scope and council approved the Scope as amended.
